Refunds and Returns

All refunds and returns are subject to the conditions of our 14-DAY RETURN POLICY including any exclusions.

All items further discounted than the sale on our site are subject to exchanges only. 

 

Cancellations
Once an order is placed it is at the discretion of the manufacturing team if it can be cancelled. All cancellations are subject to our return policy. 

Certification

All our jewelry comes certified and appraised by the IGA and Karaters takes no responsibility of the statements made by them. Our loose stones are sold with IGI or GIA Certificates and Karaters assumes no responsibility of the statements made by them. Karaters does not guarantee which certificate of appraisal will be sent.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, Karaters™️ has adopted a policy of terminating and barring, in appropriate circumstances and at Karaters™️’ sole discretion, site users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringes. Karaters™️ may also at its sole discretion limit access to this site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Applicable Law And Venue

These Terms, your rights and obligations, our rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts of laws principles, as if this Agreement were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the State of Florida. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Miami Dade County, Florida, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforce ability of any remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Karaters™️ as a result of these Terms or use of the Services.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, Karaters™️ reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this site, and to block or prevent future your access to and use of the Site.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
