Karaters™️ takes our promise of our customer’s satisfaction very seriously, therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item ( See below for Eligibility)
EXCLUSIONS
All 18K, Platinum, Men's Jewelry, 14-inch necklaces, 6-inch bracelets and Rose Gold items are Final Sale and may only be exchanged. All Facebook Promotional Sales are final sales and may only be exchanged.
Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition. Defective or broken items will not be accepted for return. Any exchanges and upgrades are not eligible for returns.
RESIZING
All rings and tennis items can be resized for free. A fee will only be charged if additional carat weight is added.
EXCHANGING
Exchanges are accepted for items within the same product category. Exchanges to a different product category may be subject to an applicable fee.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Returning your item(s) to Karaters™️ requires these steps to be followed with care and attention. In order for us to process your return, please email us at info@karaters.com to request an RMA number, and a representative will be happy to assist you. Packages received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
To ensure a safe exchange or refund you must follow the instructions exactly as stated by us, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your exchange or refund.
