Karaters™️ takes our promise of our customer’s satisfaction very seriously, therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. ( See below for Eligibility)
Holiday Return Policy
Holiday shopping can be tricky, and we get it! That’s why we’re offering an extended exchange policy until January 8, 2025, for exchanges only. Please note, that refunds are not included.
All Black Friday and Cyber Week deals are in the final sale.
EXCLUSIONS
All 18K items and Rose Gold items are Final Sale and may only be exchanged. All Mega Deals are Final Sale.
Resizing
All rings and tennis items can be resized for free. A fee will only be charged if additional carat weight is added.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Returning your item(s) to Karaters™️ requires these steps to be followed with care and attention. In order for us to process your return, please contact us and request an RMA number Once your RMA number is obtained, you must write it on the outside of the box in clear visible letters in order for us to accept your package. Packages without an RMA number will be refused and will be sent back to the sender.
To ensure a safe exchange or refund you must follow these instructions exactly as stated by us, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your exchange or refund.
