At Karaters™️, quality and craftsmanship are at the core of every piece we offer. Each item is carefully designed, professionally manufactured, and thoroughly inspected to meet our standards for durability, precision, and finish. Before any jewelry leaves our facility, it undergoes a detailed quality inspection to confirm that the setting, structure, and overall construction meet our expectations.

We stand behind the jewelry we create, which is why Karaters™️ provides a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a problem occurs that is determined to be related to the original production of the piece, our team will review the item and complete the appropriate repair to bring it back to proper condition.

Warranty Coverage

Our lifetime warranty includes the following services:

• Prong tightening
• Clasp adjustments
• Ring resizing within 14 days of delivery (excludes eternity bands)
• Loose stone tightening (excluding replacement of stones larger than 0.05 ct.)
  
  

Note: Shipping costs are not included with warranty services. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear that may occur over time through regular use.
