Shipping Policy

Karaters™️ ships all packages with FedEx or USPS with a signature required. Any purchase made above $500 will come with door-to-door jewelry insurance. For any international shipments, please contact one of our representatives for an unbeatable shipping price quote.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are shipped within 5–7 business days and use a 2-day service.

All orders above $100O are eligible for Overnight and Saturday delivery. However, they are not guaranteed. We will do our best to fulfill these requests whenever possible.

Custom orders take 5–21 days to manufacture and ship with overnight delivery.

Please note: Upon receiving your tracking number, it may only update after 6 PM PST on the FedEx or USPS website.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that changes may be needed after placing an order. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been placed. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel, and we will assist you as best as we can.

Any delivery refusal, for any order, is at the discretion and responsibility of the recipient. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we will not process refunds or claims for orders that are returned due to a refusal of delivery.
