Karaters™️. Ships all packages with FedEx or USPS with a signature required. Any purchase made above $500 will come with door to door jewelry insurance. For any international shipments please contact one of our representatives for an unbeatable shipping price quote.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days and are shipped with a 2-day service.

Overnight and Saturday delivery are available but are not guaranteed for all orders above $1,000.
Custom orders take 5-21 days to manufacture, and ship with overnight delivery.

Please note: Upon receiving your tracking number it may only update after 6 PM PST on the FedEx or USPS website.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that changes may be needed after placing an order. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been placed. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel, and we will assist you as best as we can.
